N2 Qualitative approaches traditional focus groups, in-depth interviews, dyads, triads and tele-depths with a fresh perspective and insight. Prior to undertaking any research project, we ask questions and probe you and your colleagues to make sure we understand the issues, and we offer insights based upon our experiences. We'll design the project so you can be assured that you will walk away after the sessions with the answers you need to address your issues.
During our research sessions, we work to encourage consumers to open up and talk about their rational responses, and more importantly, the emotions behind what they say. Our sessions are focused, and our moderating goes beyond asking the obvious questions, probing and exploring issues that arise during the sessions. We listen to what your consumers say, and we observe gestures and body language to understand the dynamics that are influencing their responses. Ultimately, we'll get to the underlying emotions and motivations that are driving consumers' responses.
In the end, you'll walk away with consumer insights that will give you direction and guidance to take your business objectives to the higher, emotional levels.
