Our ethnography sessions are exciting interactive sessions that allow our clients to learn how consumers live, work and play. We don't just get inside your customers' minds -- we get inside their lifestyles and help you understand how they live, work and play.
You may find us looking inside consumers' closets, pantries and cabinets, watching them cook, sew and iron. We might even interview them while shaving, showering, or diapering their baby. At N2 Qualitative, we believe we can better understand who your consumer is and how they interact with your product when we are observing them in their environment, and asking them about their day-to-day routines. Our goal is to help you develop an emotionally relevant relationship with your consumers.
